Bharata Returns:
1. He comes home and his mother tells him without grief that his dad dies.
2. Bharata is angry at his mother for taking everything.
3. He asks for Rama to be king.
So apparently all of the brothers are quality guys!
The Funeral:
1. Bharata laments.
2. Funeral ceremony begins.
3. They all mourn for 10 days.
Rama and Bharata:
1. Bharata tries to convince Rama to come back, while Rama says he cant.
2. He then offers to stay fro 14 years as well.
The Sandals:
1. Bharata refuses to return.
2. Sandals become the symbol of authority.
The sandals could be some sort of symbolism in another story for someone in charge
Viradha:
1. Rama is connected to a Demon
2. Demon dies
Agastya:
1.Rama continues deeper after receiving weapons
Shurpanakha and Rama:
1. Sister of Ravana uh oh!
2. She tries to make Rama love her.
3. Rama says nah but offers him brother.
I can see this having a hefty impact. Scorned woman, etc
Lakshmana:
1.Yep--shes angry. Bc brother laughed at her.
2. She tried to get her buddies to kill Rama, but it didnt work.
3. She wants 14000 to go kill him! Yikes.
This sounds like it could be a problem.. war-like story-retelling perhaps?
Battle with Khara:
1. Rama wins...havent they figured this out yet?
Ravana:
1. Lil sis complains to big bro. This never ends well.
Ravana and Maricha:
1.Ravana wants Maricha's help.
Golden Deer:
1. Lakshmana warns that demons take the shape of deer often.
The Chase:
1. Rama kills the demon, but the demon impersonates him.
2. Sits wants to save him.
Ravana and Sita:
1. Ravana fools Sita then reveals himself.
2.He steals Sita.
I can see Rama being pretty angry..
Jatayu and Ravana:
1.Sweet vulture tries to save her and dies.
2. Brahma forsees ravana dying.
3. Sita drops down her belongings to Rama.
Sita in Lanka:
1.Ravana kept trying to win her love and failed.
Rama and Jatayu:
1. Rama cant find Sita
2. Jatayu showed Rama what direction to go.
Rama has a lot of loyal followers.
Kabandha:
1. The brothers are told to go to lanka.
Shabari:
1. She asks Rama to perform her funeral.
Funny he couldnt perform his dads, but he performs this womans.
